Our 40 floating Jetty berths at The Beaches are now for sale.Register your interest today! The Beaches at Kings Cove joint venture is pleased to offer the opportunity to secure your own private jetty berth at The Beaches waterfront development on Lake King.This development is the first stage of Kings Cove's waterfront precinct and the 40 floating jetty berths will be sheltered behind a rock breakwater, offering safe haven in Lake King with essential facilities including security, carparking, power and water. A long-term jetty lease(21 years) has been arranged with the Department of Sustainability and Environment. This presents us with the opportunity to offer 31 new berths on a 20 year sub-lease contract. Additionally, each title in The Beaches development (9 houses) will be allocated a 12 metre berth. The following table indicates prices and the applicable annual levy for the jetty berths.
